On Friday, September 11, in lieu of a large-scale public Music Festival, Shadow Ridge will be hosting a private “Members Only” live music event featuring 90’s Alt Rock Power Pop legends, EVERCLEAR and midwest favorites, The Nadas.

The Shadow Ridge Summer Send-Off will feature great live music, local food trucks, cold beers, and full bar service for our Members and their invited guests.  And best of all, this outdoor event will feature safe, socially distanced table seating for everyone in attendance so you and your guests can sit back, relax and safely enjoy the show!

RESERVED TABLE:  $625 ($675 week of show)

OPEN SEATING TICKET:  $85  ($95 week of show)

Reservations are required and in order to promote a safe, healthy experience, a limited number of tables and tickets will be sold.

Can I bring guests that aren’t Members of Shadow Ridge?

YES!  GUESTS ARE WELCOME!  Shadow Ridge Members are encouraged to invite family and friends who are not Members of the Club.  Simply reserve a table or buy open seating tickets for your guests and invite as many ‘Non Member’ guests as you’d like.


Can I split the cost of a reserved table with other Members?

YES!  Simply email Events@ShadowRidgeCountryClub.com to reserve your table and specify which Members you’d like to split the cost of the table with.  Remember, Reserved Tables will be located closer to the stage than ‘Open Seating’ tables, and having a Reserved Table guarantees you a designated spot to sit back, relax and enjoy the show.


How do I pay for my Reserved Table or Open Seating Tickets?

By Member Charge!  this amount will be added to your September Membership Account Statement.  And unlike purchasing tickets online through a ticketing agency, there will be no additional service fees beyond sales tax.  And the best part is, your Reserved Table or Open Seating Tickets count towards your Food & Beverage Minimum!


What kind of food and drink service will be available at the Summer Send-Off party?

Local food trucks including Dante’s Mobile Pizza Oven, Street Side Food, Sweet Lime Thai and Carson’s Cookie Fix will be available.  We will also offer full bar service with cold beers, seltzers, wine and mixed drinks all available for purchase. 


How do I buy food and drink at the Summer Send-Off party?

Similar to previous Shadow Ridge Music Festivals, concession tickets will be sold inside the venue via cash payment.  These concession tickets will then be redeemed for food and drinks.  This will allow your guests to buy you drinks for inviting them!!  ATM’s will be onsite and we will allow Members to purchase concession tickets at the Clubhouse two days prior to the event.  Concession tickets may only be purchased with cash.


Where do I park?

Parking passes will be available for $20.  This parking pass will allow you to park onsite in the Shadow Ridge parking lot.  To purchase a parking pass, please email Events@ShadowRidgeCountryClub.com.  In addition, we will have a designated ride share drop off & pick up point at the Club’s entrance on 188th and Pacific Street.  Homeowners with Shadow Ridge Golf Cars may park in the Shadow Ridge Pavilion.


Will extra health and safety precautions be taken due to COVID?

Yes!  The Summer Send-Off will be held outdoors and in addition to strictly limiting the venue’s capacity and safely spacing tables a minimum of eight (8) feet apart, we will install plexi-glass barriers at concession stands as well as ticket booths, along with providing extensive hand sanitizing stations throughout the venue.  All service staff will undergo temperature checks and symptom screening prior to their shift, and be required to wear masks while working. Because this is an outdoor event, attendees will not be required to wear masks. However, complimentary masks will be available, free of charge, to all attendees upon check in if they opt to wear one.   

Please do not attend if you are feeling under the weather or show any signs of illness including a fever.


What happens if the event is cancelled or I have to cancel my reservation?

The Summer Send-Off will take place rain or shine.  However, if severe weather causes the event to be cancelled, you will receive a full refund.  In addition, if the event is cancelled due to a change in health directives from the city or state, you will receive a refund.  Reservations may be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to the event for a full refund, however, cancellations within 72 hours of the event will not be refunded unless the event is cancelled due to severe weather or a mandated health directive from the city or state.
